1. Who is responsible for your information
SectorMade is a customer-facing brand of ZA Digital Studio, operated by Wesley Palm, an individual sole proprietor based in South Africa (“SectorMade”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Neither brand is a separately registered company, and the operator is not registered for VAT.

2. Scope
This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit this website, email us, follow links to our social-media pages, or purchase or download a product through our third-party storefront.
3. Website information
This static website has no account system, contact form, advertising pixel or analytics service. It does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies and does not directly collect payment information or process orders.
Our hosting provider may automatically process basic technical request data to deliver and protect the site, including an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, and security or diagnostic logs.
4. Email and support
If you email us, we receive the information you provide, your email address, message content and related delivery metadata. We use it to respond, provide support, administer an order or dispute, prevent abuse, and keep required business or legal records. Email is handled through Google/Gmail.
Do not send card details, banking credentials, passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
5. Storefront, payments and downloads
A free resource may be downloaded directly from this static website without submitting an email address or payment details. Paid product pages, checkout, payment, receipts and digital delivery are provided through third-party services, including Payhip and the payment provider shown at checkout. Those providers process transaction information under their own notices and terms. We may receive order and customer details needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and legal record keeping. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.
6. External services
Instagram, Payhip and other linked services may collect information under their own privacy and cookie practices. We do not control third-party websites.
7. Why we process information
- To take steps at your request and perform a sale or support obligation.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and products.
- To respond to enquiries and exercise or defend legal rights.
- To comply with accounting, tax, consumer-protection and other legal duties.
- To send optional direct marketing only where lawfully permitted, with a practical opt-out.
8. Sharing and cross-border processing
We share information only where reasonably necessary with providers supporting hosting, email, storefront, payment, delivery, accounting, security or professional advice, or where required by law. Some providers may process information outside South Africa. We do not sell personal information.
9. Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, contractual or legal records, or legal claims, then delete, de-identify or securely dispose of it where practicable. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or email system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where relied upon, or opt out of direct marketing. Email zadigitalstudiosupport@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity.

11. Children
The website and products are intended for business users and are not directed to children.
